By the time she's back from whatever bullshit she's doing, he's back to staring at ruins. Rinse, wash, repeat for about a year and you win this one! (personal favorite, you can make a side bet against me on this and I'll pay double. I swear on my blackened heart I will not facilitate this one by taking him to South America against his will again

• He gets bored/distracted and they never meet again! (Most likely, but also the most boring, you get half-credit for this one.)

• She's actually a horrible monster (literal or figurative) and trying to use him for her own means! (Also likely, close but not quite my favorite.)

• She and the relationship are relatively stable until she goes bonkermad and attempts to kill someone(s) and Cyril is forced to try and stop her, much weeping and manly tears are involved. (Half credit if after her breakdown, they're still together after he can't bring himself to destroy her.)
