The worst kind of event

Somewhere in Domino, you may run into Kaz! However, he's wearing an entirely too tight bright green shirt with some English lettering on it. His pants are also far too tight, with the same green and black in striped animal print. He's wearing glasses with no lenses in them as well.

There's a girl in a wheelchair. With a sail rigged to it. Being pushed along by an incredibly convenient gust of wind. Which conveniently stops as soon as she lays eyes on Kaz.
